Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept all major credit and debit cards and we will be taking Amex shortly. If you are shopping from anywhere else in the world, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We use recycled or recyclable material wherever possible. When choosing Recorded Delivery or Next Day, bear in mind that your package will need a signature. There are 3 postage options available -

• Standard - 2nd Class
• First - 1st Class Recorded
• Next Day - ANC Courier Service or Royal Mail

Please Note - For customers outside the European Union (inc Jersey), VAT (valued added tax) can be deducted at the checkout. Tax-free is calculated from the Invoice address, so we can still deliver to the UK. UK tax is currently 17.5%. This will usually cover the postage costs.

NB: All parcels are sent International Signed For extra security (unless you ask for Standard Mail, which is £3.30 less) and we will replace them if lost.

If you would rather a specific postage & packaging quote for your parcel, choose the "send credit card details later" option and we will get back to you with a price. This way you can be sure of  the paying the lowest price.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted straight into the Secure Trading website and we do not see your card details. We only see them if you give them to us over the phone and these are destroyed afterwards.

Natural Child do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Returns -

Sometimes you might decide on receipt of an item, that it is not suitable for you or your family. We ask for these to be returned within a week, in as new condition.

For our slings and carriers - as above applies but if you decide to return your carrier, having tried it a few times, for short periods but it is still in immaculate condition, then we will accept your sling back for a refund or exchange, less 20% handling fee.

We will not accept any slings that are in less than perfect condition, unless faulty.
